Scattered around the Main St. of Shelburne Falls were beautiful artworks featuring the towns comprising the village. Out of the 10 artworks ( for the 10 towns), I only managed to take photos of 5. I wonder where the others could have been.
Rowe, 1875
Buckland, 1779
Heath, 1735
Plainfield, 1775
Shelburne, 1775
From those 4 artworks one can tell this is an old village mostly established since the 1700s.
Around 300 years ago!
This last one I found was not for a town but more of an artwork to represent the American Indians in the village.
